The studio sued the celebrity-gossip blogger Tuesday for copyright infringement, accusing Hilton of posting a stolen topless picture of Jennifer Aniston that was shot and then swiped either during production or postproduction of 2006’s The Break-Up. The scantily clad shot of Aniston, 38, didn’t end up in the final cut of the antiromantic comedy, which grossed more than $118 million at the box office last summer amid reports of a real-life hookup between Aniston and costar Vince Vaughn. Universal City Studios Productions alleges that the shot posted on Perezhilton.com was “misappropriated and illegally copied,” according to court documents obtained by the Smoking Gun, and that Hilton “illegally obtained a copy of all or part of the stolen footage.”

I think I’m going to cry. This part is pretty funny though…

Most Republicans have been hesitant to play the “blame game”, probably since most problems can be blamed squarely on their own party. However, McCain has wagged his finger at one of his unholy brethren and called Donald Rumsfeld “one of the worst secretaries of defense in history”. Campaign season must be right around the corner considering this is the same guy who’s views have pretty much mirrored the President’s since 9/11 with the exception of his view on torture (a former POW against torture? Microsoft is offering additional content on Xbox Live for their new 3rd person shooter, Crackdown. What they are calling their “Four-Play Pack”, basically gives you 4 new agents to use as your avatar. If you are unfamiliar with the game, it is sort of a futuristic Grand Theft Auto. You run around the town taking down bosses and collecting agility orbs to unlock your superpowers. Sweet!

Most of the reviews say that the game is a lot of fun, but doesn’t have a whole lot of substance. Hopefully, the 4 new avatars will add to the replay value a bit since your character’s appearance changes as he ages and gets more hardcore.
