With tears in their eyes, Pat Tillman’s furious family accused the government yesterday of turning his tragic death by friendly fire into a heroic fairy tale.

Struggling to contain his anger, Kevin Tillman said the government’s publicity stunt made a mockery of his brother’s patriotic decision to spurn a lucrative NFL contract and enlist in the Army to serve his country.

The outraged brother said the military engaged in a deliberate “coverup” for more than a month to allow the legend of Army Ranger Pat Tillman to take root in the national psyche - and persuade other Americans to volunteer in the war on terror.

The tale “inspired countless Americans, as intended,” said Kevin Tillman, also a former Ranger. “There was one small problem with this narrative, however: It was utter fiction.

An unknown hacker has allegedly managed to hack into Lindsay Lohan’s MySpace, Gmail, and BlackBerry accounts.

The hacker has been posting Lohan’s private emails, pictures, and MySpace messages on the internet.

The hacker also plans to launch a website in the next few days featuring more of the hacked data.

The emails, between Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Shanna Moakler, and supposed lesbian girlfriend, Samantha Ronson (aka Sam Young), and Satvros Niarchos, Paris’ ex, range from the mundane, to the vitriolic.

The messages between Lohan and Hilton, if they are genuine, are particularly hateful, with Lindsay being angry with Paris for being so buddy-buddy with blogger Perez Hilton.

A source said the alleged tape is “very vanilla” with “no hard core sex.” The source adds that LC and Jason are basically “messing around.”

SugarDVD is retracting their previous offer of $500,000 for the tape because of Wahler’s recent arrest in Seattle, Washington.

“We refuse to support any person who feels that it is in any way acceptable to rattle off racial slurs and slanderous language about homosexual people and the police department,” the company said in a statement.

Lindsay Lohan has denied claims she intentionally flooded her ex-boyfriend Harry Morton’s apartment, because she insists she was out of town when the incident happened. Lohan, who lives above Morton’s Sierra Towers home in Hollywood, is being held responsible for the flood, which caused $150,000 worth of damage to the apartment.

The security staff at the apartment complex claim they gained entry to Lohan’s vacant apartment last month after Morton reported the flood, and found “water overflowing in the bathtub.”

In his report, the security officer wrote, “It seems that they left the faucet on. I turned it off.”

The incident report has left Lohan baffled because she claims she was in New York when the flood took place, even though video footage reportedly shows that she was partying in Los Angeles on the night in question…[more]
