Respect Beer - BeerAdvocate.com
Here’s a cool web site called BeerAdvocate.com. Todd and Jason Alström started it 10 years ago, posting notes on beers they enjoyed or despised. Now it is a full-featured site with news, essays on beer history and styles, forums and voluminous notes on brews from around the world.
This is not about mass-market, chug it in front of the TV during a football game type of beer. This is about the high quality smaller brews that have followings like fine wine.
Hey, I like both types of beer. I’ll enjoy a Miller Genuine Draft at the pool, and love to sip a Samichlaus Beer with a Rocky Patel Edge Cigar.
