It sure seems like the fashionable thing for Hollywood Celebs this year was to get busted for drunk driving. Earlier this year we had; Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Mel Gibson (and his son too), Kiefer Sutherland, Michelle Rodriguez, Busta Rhymes, Mickey Rourke, Danielle Fishel, Vivica A. Fox, Tracy Morgan, Nicole Richie - and now we have Mischa Barton and Rebecca De Mornay.

The former "O.C." star was arrested in West Hollywood Thursday morning on charges of drunken driving and marijuana possession.
Remember kids, don’t drink and drive becasue you won’t get off easy unless you are a celebrity.
Here’s some pics of Mischa Barton at the Police Station being released after her drunk driving arrest. She posted $10,000 bail and was released to her mother, who picked her up in the family’s black Mercedes. An unusually disheveled Barton covered her face with a scarf to hide from photographers as she rushed to the car; once inside, she slid down in the back seat.
